As a Market Expert, you are a homeowner’s point of contact to evaluate their needs and assess whether the Sundae marketplace is a good fit for their situation. Sundae is seeking a candidate that has the ability to empathize with homeowners who may be in a time of need and help to guide them through the home selling process. This is a locally remote role for the South Bay.
• Evaluate neighborhoods and properties to uncover potential new leads in the field
• Generate opportunities to partner with local real estate agents through networking events
• Attend appointments with potential customers at their homes
• Generate referrals from happy customers you helped
• Work directly with management to package learnings from customer interaction into actionable feature expansion and new product development
• Meet and exceed assigned revenue goals
• This role is expected to be available when our customers need us most, including evenings and weekends. Your manager will work with you to help you maintain a work-life balance.
Skills and Personal Qualities
• Proven track record of self-generating leads and building local partnerships
• Strong relationship-building skills, build rapport quickly and authentically
• Ability to speak knowledgeably about real estate conditions and process
• Meticulous sales pipeline management
• Experience using Salesforce or a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
• Effective time management and task prioritization
• Comfortable in unstructured environments
• 2 + consecutive years as a Real Estate agent
• 1 + year(s) experience in Outside Sales
• Current valid real estate license in California (required)
• Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred but not required)
• Valid driver's license and ability to clear background/driving record check (required)
